I've bitten off more than I can/could chew in one sitting, with all the software.
Real life gets in the way, and every time I have to stop writing code, it takes days to get back into the "feel" of the program. Long process. And, I'm getting older.
Maybe time to find some perl coders who are interested in working on a long-term project, with multi/far reaching potential.
Anyway, I have http://ScreamQueens.org/forum up and running, it's not officially open, but I'm hoping some discussion about the local horror/goth/alt sceen will start there, since there *are* a lot of things going on.
The club site for sharing photos should be open soon, I'm trying to balance software writing against so many other things, and this software will be awesome from the ground up :) No recoding necessary, no database changes (updates/upgrades, sure, but no changes) will be needed. If something changes, both the database and on-disk layouts are independent, and the sites can be rebuilt on different platforms (software, hardware, etc). I hate redoing anything, and "do it right the first time" is my motto, even if it takes a LOT longer.
